The employer is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Hoogstraten to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-tech production machines, analyze breakdowns, conduct inspections and lubrication rounds, suggest and implement technical improvements, manage spare parts, and coordinate external subcontractors. The role requires an electromechanics qualification or equivalent experience, fluent Dutch communication, a flexible schedule including July and Christmas closures, and a category B driver's license; a forklift or aerial work platform certificate is a plus.
