Wabtec is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Duncan, South Carolina to maintain CNC machines, hydraulic presses, torque stations, paint booths, ovens, and other assembly and machining equipment. The role performs mechanical repairs and rebuilds, machine alignment, troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and software systems, preventive maintenance support, and general facilities maintenance. The technician must work without supervision, handle complex five-axis NC machines, and may be on call during downtime; the position requires on-site work during scheduled shifts and pays $29 per hour.
