Description
This job involves performing routine preventive maintenance and major/minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures. The role requires utilizing multiple craft skills such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, managing work orders and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The associate will also lead and participate in teams, develop and implement business processes, and promote company policies and ethics.
