Description
Warren Village is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and upgrades for apartment communities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, appliances, windows, grounds, and other facility maintenance. The role requires general handyman skills, strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, and two years of related maintenance experience; apartment complex maintenance experience is required. The position is primarily based at the Alameda Campus, may include work at other Warren Village locations in the Denver metro area, and includes an on-call rotation. The hiring range is $28.10 to $32.27 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
