The role maintains and repairs food-service equipment, including refrigeration, dishwashers, ovens, water heaters, steam kettles, cookers, mixers, and food-cart systems; installs and relocates equipment; troubleshoots electrical, plumbing, heating, and refrigeration systems; and may lead others or perform heavy manual work. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience, a valid driver’s license, HVAC certification in some areas, and the ability to lift 75–100 pounds and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
