Description
The Maintenance Technician supports Wendy’s food-service operations by maintaining and repairing refrigeration, dishwashing, heating, plumbing, electrical, and food-service equipment. The role includes troubleshooting motors, compressors, pumps, refrigeration and heating systems, installing and relocating equipment, maintaining records, and performing heavy manual work. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience, a valid driver’s license, HVAC certification in some areas, and the ability to lift 75–100 pounds and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $25–$35 depending on experience and area, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a company van, phone, referral program, and 401(k) benefits.
