Wendy’s is hiring a Maintenance Technician at 4701 E. Bell Road, Phoenix, Arizona, with starting pay of $25–$35 depending on experience and area. The role maintains and repairs food-service equipment such as refrigeration systems, dishwashers, ovens, water heaters, steam kettles, cookers, mixers, and food-cart systems; installs and relocates equipment; troubleshoots electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating, and pump systems; and may lead others or perform heavy manual work. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience, a valid driver’s license, HVAC certification in some areas, and the ability to lift 75–100 pounds and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
