Wendy’s is hiring a Maintenance Technician at 1125 N Dixie Hwy, Monroe, Michigan, with starting pay of $25–$35 depending on experience and area. The role maintains and repairs food-service equipment, including refrigeration, dishwashers, ovens, water heaters, steam kettles, cookers, mixers, and food-cart systems; installs and relocates equipment; troubleshoots electrical, plumbing, heating, and refrigeration systems; and may lead others or perform heavy manual work. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience, a valid driver’s license, HVAC certification in some areas, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
