Westward360 is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and upkeep across properties in the Chicago area. The role covers basic repair and installation, doors and windows, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, lighting, drywall, painting, and roofing. Candidates need 3–5 years of maintenance experience, basic tools, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, communication skills, fluent English, and availability for a rotating on-call schedule. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour, with a monthly cell phone stipend, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) company match, and disability coverage.
