Waypoint Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance for an apartment community, including repairs, preventive maintenance, move-in readiness, grounds and carpentry work, and equipment operation. The role requires an on-call schedule, EPA Section 608 certification types I and II, and a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience; CPO certification is a plus.
