WS Development is seeking a team-oriented Maintenance Technician for their Breton Village location. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment, performing minor repairs, and ensuring the cleanliness of both interior and exterior property areas. This role involves weekend and evening work, responding to emergencies, and requiring proficiency in reading blueprints. The technician will also be involved in purchasing supplies, implementing task checklists, and collaborating with Housekeeping to maintain high ground standards.
