Description
The Maintenance Technician will keep manufactured housing communities safe, organized, and well-maintained by performing preventative maintenance, work orders, home refurbs, grounds upkeep, emergency response, leak resolution, vehicle and equipment maintenance, snow removal, and resident service. The role requires a valid in-state driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 85 pounds, and the ability to climb ladders; home refurbishment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool operation, OSHA training, and industry software proficiency are preferred or advantageous.
