Description
The Maintenance Technician will keep manufactured housing communities safe, organized, and well-maintained by performing preventative maintenance, responding to service requests and emergency calls, repairing leaks, maintaining grounds and common areas, supporting new-home delivery, and operating company vehicles. The role requires a valid in-state driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 85 pounds and climb ladders, and may benefit from home refurbishment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool-operation, and OSHA experience.
