viaPhoton is hiring an onsite Automation Maintenance Technician in Naperville, Illinois, to build and maintain custom automation equipment, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, optical, and computer systems, calibrate components, and troubleshoot issues with engineers and operators. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or related discipline, 1–2 years of hands-on technical or engineering experience, exposure to multiple engineering disciplines, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams. Compensation is $30.00 to $37.00 per hour plus a prorated $2,000 prepaid medical-expense card, with medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one.
