Description
The Hotel Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and emergency response for hotel guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, pool facilities, and building systems. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, wall repair, aquatic systems, and general building maintenance, while coordinating projects, documenting work, supporting safety and compliance programs, and communicating with hotel leadership and vendors. It is a full-time position with a variable schedule, including potential weekend, holiday, and on-call or emergency work, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
