Capano Residential is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician/General Maintenance for in-person work in Milton and Lewes, Delaware. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and performs building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, appliance, grounds, and preventative maintenance; responds to emergencies; maintains inventory; and inspects property. The position pays $22–$28 hourly plus benefits and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, own transportation, tools, physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and a clean criminal background. One year of maintenance or mechanical experience is preferred.
