New Hope of Indiana is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive property and grounds maintenance in occupied single-family residences. The role covers minor plumbing, electrical, equipment, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance repair, groundskeeping, snow removal, furniture assembly, and work-order documentation, with a primarily daytime weekday schedule and rotational 24/7 on-call availability.
