Description
Camden is hiring a Maintenance Technician to respond to and complete community service requests, coordinate maintenance tasks, provide customer service, perform preventative maintenance, make apartments ready for move-in, and handle repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tile, carpentry, groundskeeping, and pool maintenance. The role requires six months of maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment industry, along with a high school diploma, trade-school certification, EPA certification, dependable transportation, a rotating on-call schedule, and the ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
