The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple areas, including plumbing, painting, masonry, machinery servicing, electrical installations and repairs, network installation, and vehicle servicing. It requires a technical degree in a relevant field, at least three years of maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems and audio-video equipment, computer skills for configuring Cisco devices, and customer service and organizational abilities. The position offers $14,756.00 gross per month, benefits, medical expense insurance, life insurance, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
