The Residential Property Maintenance Technician maintains the physical condition, appearance, and operational efficiency of a residential community, handling resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, turnovers, grounds, landscaping, snow removal, and resident satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, broad basic repair skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification, tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes. It pays $21.06 to $25.12 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, paid leave, and other benefits.
