The Residential Property Maintenance Technician maintains the physical condition, appearance, and operational efficiency of a residential community, handling resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, turnovers, grounds, landscaping, snow removal, and resident satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, broad basic repair skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification, tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to emergencies. It pays $21.06 to $25.12 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, paid leave, and other benefits.
