Description
ABM is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, and equipment repairs. The role also includes housekeeping mechanical areas, ladder climbing, lift operation, and work at various heights. The position requires 1–2 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience, an active driver's license, knowledge of building maintenance and safety procedures, and hand- and power-tool skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay of $27–$28 per hour.
