Description
The Maintenance Technician performs hands-on preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and upkeep across residential communities. The role focuses on exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical systems, minor roofing, building fixtures, company vehicle maintenance, work documentation, resident and vendor communication, and on-call support. It requires a high school diploma or GED, three to five years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, safety knowledge, independent work capability, and willingness to travel locally and work outdoors.
