Description
New Era Technology is hiring a full-time Field Service Technician to install, start up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial cooling equipment at customer sites. The role involves electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, component replacement, preventive maintenance, equipment testing, service reporting, customer service, and travel to customer locations. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical equipment, industrial equipment troubleshooting experience, schematic-reading ability, and experience with 200–440V equipment. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts, occasional overtime, and on-call support.
