Description
The Service Technician performs technical and mechanical maintenance on apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, including repairing resident service requests, preparing vacant units for leasing, maintaining inventory, documenting work, cleaning and painting, inspecting contractor work, and supporting property inspections. The role requires hand and power tool use, basic math and computer skills, EPA refrigerant recycling certifications, a current driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible on-site hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
