Weinstein Properties is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician – EPA Certified for its Bexley Village at Concord Mills community in Concord, North Carolina. The role performs work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assists with apartment turns and make-readies, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items, and maintains grounds, amenities, and pool areas. The position requires at least three years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification, hands-on HVAC troubleshooting experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors year-round. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating emergency on-call participation, and pays $24 per hour plus on-call and bonus compensation.
