Description
Weinstein Properties is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician – EPA Certified for its apartment communities in Richmond, Virginia. The role performs work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assists with apartment turns and make-readies, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items, and maintains grounds, amenities, and pool areas. The position requires at least three years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification, hands-on HVAC troubleshooting experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors year-round. Compensation is $24 per hour plus on-call pay, a sign-on bonus, quarterly bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid time off, and a rent discount.
