Description
Weinstein Properties is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician – EPA Certified for its Steele Creek and Ballantyne communities, with placement at Bexley Steelecroft or Bexley Crossing at Providence. The role performs work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assists with apartment turns and make-readies, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items, and maintains grounds, amenities, and pool areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating emergency on-call participation. Applicants need at least three years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification, hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to use computers, drive a golf cart, lift up to 75 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and use hand and power tools. The position pays $22 per hour, includes on-call pay, a quarterly bonus, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
