Description
The Maintenance Technician maintains the physical integrity, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of a residential community's facilities, grounds, apartments, and equipment. Responsibilities include apartment turnovers and make-readies, painting, carpentry, drywall and appliance repairs, responding to work orders including after-hours emergencies, inspecting common areas and units, securing tools and equipment, complying with OSHA and company policies, and providing strong resident and customer service. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience, physical ability to lift at least 50–75 pounds and stand for extended shifts, weekend availability, and participation in an on-call rotation.
