Description
The Arbor Company is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to prepare apartments for new residents and maintain a residential senior living community. The role includes interior painting, touch-ups, drywall patching, minor plumbing and repairs, general handyman projects, preventative maintenance, work orders, organization of tools and supplies, and support for the Maintenance Director. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with starting pay of $20 per hour and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
