Description
The General Maintenance Laborer supports the Physical Plant team with irrigation and drainage repairs, building and greenhouse construction, maintenance, and repairs. The role uses construction equipment and power tools, follows safety procedures, and may travel between Willoway farm sites in Avon, Huron, Broadview Heights, and Hilliard, with the primary worksite in Avon, Ohio. It is an hourly position of approximately 40–45 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with some Saturdays required during peak or critical times. The position pays $22–$24 per hour and includes medical insurance options, a 401(k) match, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
