The role handles resident service requests, emergency maintenance, preventive maintenance, property inspections, make-ready preparation, work-order documentation, and general maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, electrical, and other systems. The position requires emergency on-call availability, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of related experience, including apartment community experience.
