Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Senior Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs, drywall modification, installations, and preventative and corrective maintenance on senior community facilities, equipment, and structures. The role includes responding to resident and management work requests, troubleshooting building systems, coordinating with vendors, maintaining documentation, and following safety and OSHA/MOSH requirements. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with on-call emergency response as needed, and the position pays $21.71. Applicants need at least one year of basic practical maintenance knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, along with reliable attendance, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience.
