SSC Services for Education is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. The role performs electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire alarm, and other building-system maintenance; leads workers on projects; trains other employees; reviews vendor work; and responds to facility emergencies. Applicants must have prior maintenance experience, four years of skilled trade or maintenance vocational schooling, five years of institutional maintenance experience, two years of licensed Journeyman experience, and a relevant trade license or valid driver’s license. The advertised pay is $22.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life, and other benefits.
