Redstone Residential is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician at The Hudson to protect and enhance the community, resolve resident maintenance issues, perform basic repairs, maintain grounds and common areas, oversee apartment turnovers, respond to emergencies, and support resident satisfaction. The role requires at least one year of relevant industry experience, customer service and basic maintenance skills, the ability to lift 75 pounds, and availability for 8–10-hour standing shifts. Compensation is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, with health, vision, dental, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
