The role supports the Director of Maintenance by performing general maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and painting as needed. Candidates should have five years of maintenance experience, with at least one year in a nursing home environment preferred, along with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, and heating systems, blueprint interpretation, OSHA and building codes, and basic computer and math skills.
