Description
The Residential Property Maintenance Technician maintains the physical condition, appearance, and operational efficiency of a residential community, handling resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, turnovers, grounds, landscaping, snow removal, and safety inspections. The role also trains Maintenance Apprentices and Porters and responds to emergencies, with no supervisory responsibilities. It requires a high school diploma or GED, broad maintenance skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification, tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to report to the property within 30 minutes when on-call. The position pays $20.00 to $23.40 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, paid leave, and other benefits.
