Description
The Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical maintenance on apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, including repairing defects, completing make-ready work for vacant units, maintaining inventory, documenting service requests, cleaning and painting, inspecting contractor work, and supporting safety and risk-management procedures. The role requires 40 hours per week, flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability, and the ability to work independently in all weather conditions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and EPA refrigerant recycling certifications, state and local certifications, and a current valid driver’s license are required.
