Description
The Service Technician performs technical and mechanical maintenance on apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, including repairing defects, completing make-ready work for vacant units, maintaining inventory, documenting service requests, cleaning and painting, inspecting contractor work, and supporting property inspections. The role requires 40 hours per week, flexible evening, weekend, and holiday call availability, EPA refrigerant recycling certifications, a current driver’s license, and the ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
