Bear Real Estate Group is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to support Pike Ridge Apartments in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The role performs routine maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and painting work; prepares vacant units; responds to resident service requests; completes inspections and maintenance logs; maintains property grounds; and participates in on-call rotations and travel to nearby communities. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years of general maintenance or trade experience, basic trade skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to use hand tools and work in varied physical conditions.
