The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, troubleshooting, and emergency response of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and production equipment in a manufacturing facility. The role includes routine maintenance, equipment installation, inspections, recordkeeping, vendor and team coordination, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED equivalent, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic technical knowledge, computer proficiency, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
