Description
Factor is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Newark, New Jersey to maintain and repair building, grounds, production, conveyor, HVAC, scanner, door, and other equipment; troubleshoot breakdowns; perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work; conduct facility inspections; coordinate repairs with production schedules; and report significant concerns. The role runs Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and requires at least one year of manufacturing or production-plant maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, electrical and HVAC qualifications, blueprint-reading ability, and familiarity with GMP, TPM, LEAN, OSHA, refrigeration, and PSM systems.
