Description
Inframark is hiring a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets in master-planned communities. The role handles mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and general maintenance work; orders supplies; pressure washs outdoor surfaces; installs and repairs signs; maintains records; and performs equipment maintenance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, basic tool and Microsoft Office knowledge, and willingness to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and 24-hour emergency on-call duty.
