Life Care Services is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician I for its Independent Living - Sagewood location in the NE Phoenix Valley. The role pays $21.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, routine servicing, plumbing, repairs, and changes to building equipment, with face-to-face interaction with residents. The position requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, and proven maintenance technician experience; knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems, tools, appliances, and problem-solving is also required.
