Description
The Maintenance Technician I prepares vacant apartment units for re-occupancy, performs preventative and corrective maintenance, completes minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and maintains the cleanliness and condition of common areas, grounds, and building exteriors. The role requires at least one year of prior or related experience, reliable transportation, the ability to travel, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work various shifts, weekends, and evenings. The position reports to a Maintenance Supervisor on properties with more than 300 units or a Property Manager on smaller properties.
