Trex is hiring a full-time Maintenance Tech II for its new Little Rock location. The role supports production equipment repairs and upgrades, performs general and preventive maintenance, and handles mechanical and electrical systems, programmable logic controls, metal fabrication, machining, and welding. The position begins on a Monday-through-Friday day shift and transitions to a 12-hour shift after training, with regular travel to established locations during the early months. Candidates need 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and welding experience; an associate degree in industrial maintenance is a plus.
