Description
Valley is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to perform maintenance and repairs across carpentry, painting, plumbing, fixtures, electrical, mechanical, energy management, and fire and life safety systems. The role also includes renovations, residential unit turn tasks, snow removal, emergency and after-hours requests, vendor and contractor oversight, work-order tracking, budget procedures, and customer service. No formal education is required, but one year of facility maintenance or related experience is required, along with a current driver’s license and minimum age of 21 for driving. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pay starting at $24.00 per hour and a salary range of $24.00–$30.00.
