EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician I for its Kahului Lani affordable housing community in Kahului, Hawaii. The role performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance on rental units, including basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, lock and screen-door repair, sheetrock repair, and unit turnover. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, a CADL, a clean DMV record, and reliable transportation. The salary range is $19.95–$30.40 per hour, with a hiring range of $19.95–$25.18 per hour depending on experience and current EAH salaries.
