Hotel Equities is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Kansas City Airport Marriott in Kansas City, Missouri. The role performs routine and preventative maintenance on hotel rooms, equipment, fixtures, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems; responds to guest and team requests; troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions; inspects for safety hazards; maintains work records; coordinates with vendors and contractors; and supports energy conservation and seasonal tasks. The position pays $19.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience and requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.
