EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician I to work onsite at Nohona Hale, an 111-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance on rental units, including basic plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, lock and screen-door work, sheetrock repair, and unit turnover. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, a CADL, a clean DMV record, and reliable transportation. The salary range is $19.95–$30.40 per hour, with a hiring range for new employees of $19.95–$25.18 per hour depending on experience and current EAH salaries.
